• "Service" refers to the SmartLawyer law firm management platform.
• "User" refers to any person who uses the Service, whether a subscriber or visitor.
• "Account" refers to the user's registered account on the platform.
• "Content" refers to all information, data, and documents uploaded or created on the platform.
• "Subscription" refers to the paid plan chosen by the user to access advanced features.

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your country.
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Take full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or provide false information.

SmartLawyer provides law firm management services including:

• Case and client management
• Court session tracking and reminders
• Financial management (revenues and expenses)
• Document storage
• Reports and analytics

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable prior notice.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available continuously without interruption. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance periods may occur.

Payment terms:

• All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise stated.
• Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the chosen plan.
• Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Fees paid for partial periods are non-refundable, except for the 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers.
• We reserve the right to change prices with at least 30 days prior notice.

6.1 Data Collection

We collect the following information:

• Registration information (name, email, phone number)
• Usage data and interaction with the platform
• Content you upload (cases, clients, documents)

6.2 Data Usage

We use your data to:

Users retain ownership of the content they upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and display it to you.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We are not liable for:

• Any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Service
• Data loss due to circumstances beyond our control
• Service interruption or technical errors
• Actions of third parties

In any case, our maximum liability does not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the previous 12 months.

You can terminate your account at any time through the account settings.

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

• Violate these Terms and Conditions
• Provide false or misleading information
• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Fail to pay subscription fees due

Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days for export, then permanently deleted.
